At Compliance Avenue, we strive to deliver high-quality, practical compliance training through webinars, courses, and digital learning experiences. We understand that plans can change, so our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both our learners and our speakers.

Please read the policy carefully before registering.

1. Webinar Registrations

Live Webinars

  • You may request a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled webinar start time.
  • Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the webinar are not eligible for a refund, as speaker fees, platform costs, and administrative resources are already committed.
  • If you are unable to attend, you will still receive:
    • Access to the webinar recording (if available)
    • Any presentation materials or resources shared during the session

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

2. On-Demand Webinars & Digital Courses

  • Due to the instant access nature of on-demand content, refunds are not available once access has been granted, unless:
    • There is a technical issue from our side that prevents access, and
    • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

We encourage users to review course descriptions, learning objectives, and requirements carefully before purchasing.

3. Event Cancellations or Rescheduling by Compliance Avenue

In rare cases where Compliance Avenue must cancel or reschedule a webinar or event:

  • Registrants will be given the option to:
    • Attend the rescheduled session, or
    • Receive a full refund, if the new schedule does not work for them.

If a speaker is changed due to unforeseen circumstances, the event will proceed with a qualified alternative speaker, and this will not qualify for a refund.

4. Certification & Credit-Based Programs (SHRM, HRCI, etc.)

  • Refunds for programs offering recertification credits are subject to additional restrictions due to governing body requirements.
  • Once attendance is marked, certificates are issued, or credits are reported, no refunds will be provided.
  • Compliance Avenue does not guarantee credit approval if participants fail to meet attendance or participation criteria set by accrediting bodies.

5. Payment Processing & Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Any transaction or processing fees charged by payment gateways may be non-refundable.

6. Abuse & Fair-Use Protection

To ensure fairness for all learners:

  • Repeated refund requests, misuse of recordings, or policy abuse may result in account suspension or denial of future refund eligibility.
  • Compliance Avenue reserves the right to make final decisions on refund eligibility in such cases.
